"The Binding of Isaac" foi um jogo desenvolvido pelo criador de "Super Meat Boy" e conta a história de um garoto que foge de uma mãe assassina e se perde em um labirinto cheio de monstros em seu porão.

A história é uma referência a passagem bíblica onde Deus testa a fé de Abraão, pedindo que ele mate seu filho Isaque. Diversas referências bíblicas fazem parte do game e por conta disso ele foi proibido de ser lançado na eShop do 3DS.
